For the past 5 years, I’ve been looking to get a digital solution to streamline the orders and estimates that pile up everyday....something to help us orga- nize the chaos. When we were strictly on paper we would often find that a lost piece of paper is either a dropped customer or lost revenue with forgot- ten billing and we ran into both monthly. Over the past 5 years I’ve tried them ALL and more often than not they are overly complicated and don’t handle the day in day out jobs an average sign shop sees. SignTracker is the first software I’ve come across that does it all and easy to use. The estimating templates are so useful combined with the Quickbooks integration has saved us so much time and headache, it has simplified our process by 50% at least. Highly recommend SignTracker for anyone looking to be more professional and efficient.

I have been using SignTracker for a year and love it. The first thing that made me interested in it was the reasonable monthly price and the ease it synced with Quickbooks. The YouTube training and personal support were exceptional to get me started.

Once I had customized it to my shop, it was very easy to enter in jobs and keep track of them. I am always finding new ways of using it to improve and speed up my quoting. Our staff has learned to use it to streamline and update their activities and that has saved me a lot of work. SignTracker's help desk is almost instant now and that's great. I appreciate their ongoing efforts to improve their software as well. I highly recommend it as an affordable software to help sign shops with their estimating, job controlling and accounting.
