Our videos use a special format that allow them to be crisp, clear, easy to understand. Some Windows Media players may not have the plugin installed to play them properly.

To download the plugin, please go to here: https://www.gotomeeting.com/codec
click "Install Go To Meeting Codec" and allow your PC to install the .exe file.

Quit Windows Media Player and restart. Try the video again, it should work.
